Me and my wife were discussing you on last night and I was telling her how persistent you are.  When we started our refinancing process I filled out an application on the Internet at some web site and I began to get all of these calls from various lenders.  I made applications with 2 of them and actually went through the appraisal process which of course cost me money each time, in trying to go with the best possible deal.  Each of those lenders were trying to get us to come to the table with a very outrageous amount of money while at the same time guaranteeing us a very competitive/attractive  interest rate.  We were very frustrated with the amount of money they were requesting and with the whole refinancing process.

My wife called me at my office and told me she had spoken to this guy name Greg from GrandView Lending and he said he understood what we we were going through and that he could help us in our situation if we would allow him to.  My wife was very excited and believed that you were the man for the job, but you know how men can sometime be (stubborn) and I was not so convinced, in fact I said to myself "just another one of those headhunters" and I told my wife to tell you to call me (just to pacify her).

You called me the next day and I recall me being busy and asking you to call me back, you did call back, and I asked you to call me back again, you did and this went on for well over 2 weeks.  I was actually blowing you off and had settled on going with the other Financial Institute.  After about your fifth or six call to me, I recall the day you called and I said 'man, what does this guy want, I am going to listen to what he has to say, and then I am going to say, no thank you, but thanks for your calling".

After listening to you, I was really drawn in to your deep concern for what I was experiencing, and for your sincere desire to help, and your commitment to get the job done.  You said you could get the job done to where I would be completely satisfied, and you did just that, and I want to say  --    THANK YOU.

We closed on our loan last night and just wanted to say thanks for all your help from the beginning to the end, you probable do not have any idea how you have made a difference in our lives (especially financially).

I don't know if you have access to your email over the holiday or the weekend, but I wanted to let you know that we met with Dave  last night to close.  He was a doll - we met at the Stuckeys on Interstate 70 at the Centerville Indiana exit.  It was easier than directing him through Richmond to us, and he was able to get home a little quicker to his daughter.  Bless his heart - he had a bad day!

I wanted to say Thank you for all of your help with our loan. You saved us about $950.00 per month!!!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!!!! That will help feed our two horses!!! We feed them a raw diet and it is expensive to feed two of them. We tried so many times to refinance and just couldn't. Everyone told us that they couldn't help us, that is why we’re so impressed with you. You will definitely get all of our business and I will send friends over to you who need a mortgage. You definitely get it with customer service. 

Let us know when you come up to this area. Maybe we can meet half way and have lunch sometime. What town do you actually live in???? My old company SMC Pneumatics is in Indy. I use to drive down there a lot. You can always stay with us if you come up, we have a guest room. You can even bring Lennox with you. Truman and Zoe would love to meet him.

I understand that you are Tracy's Manager.  Want you to know she is the absolute best Mortgage Banker I have ever worked with.  I have built several homes over the years and have done a few Refi's.  Tracy is the first Mortgage Professional who I felt very comfortable with.  She has put a lot of time and effort into my Refi to get me the best program she can.  She is excellent with keeping me informed along the way..emails, phone calls..even on Weekends....she's the best!  As a Manager myself its important for you to know about your good performers.
